Brazoria Drainage District No. 4 was created by Brazoria County Commissioners Court on June 28, 1910 and on May 22, 1929, was made a Conservation and Reclamation District by Special Bill No. 25 of the Texas State Legislature. The District is governed by a 3 member elected Board of Commissioners.

Keep Pearland Beautiful is a non-profit environmental organization affiliated with Keep Texas Beautiful, Inc. and Keep America Beautiful, Inc.The Mission of Keep Pearland Beautiful is to empower Pearland citizens to take responsibility for their environment.Oversee delivery of organizational objectives for environmental nonprofit including delivery of education programs in multiple school districts and the daily operation of the Stella Roberts Recycling Center, a drive-thru facility that provides recycling access to over 30 communities in the Greater-Houston metroplex.

Elected at-large (2 terms) to serve the residents of the City of Pearland, TX, the 3rd largest city, by population, in the Greater-Houston metroplex. Act as a spokesperson for my office and, from time-to-time, represent the city at various functions across the nation. The City of Pearland, TX is situated within the counties of Brazoria, Harris, and Fort Bend and includes portions of Pearland, Alvin, Fort Bend, Houston, Pasadena, and Clear Creek Independent School Districts. This has allowed me to serve alongside and build relationships with a broad group of officials across our region.

Developed and implement initial concept, company directives, programs, and operations plans. Grew brand to 3 retail locations and 3 major wholesale franchise accounts in multiple US markets. Led in R&D manufacturing of wholesale product line co-imported and distributed by several partner brands in U.S. and Taiwan markets – focus on healthy formulations and natural ingredients. Currently overseeing and managing subscription brand development and coffee wholesale program partnerships.

Researched and developed primary service and product lines for three out of four member companies dealing with business development and infrastructure technologies. Worked with component manufacturers to develop custom hardware solutions for customers in U.S. infrastructure and security industries.

Developed brand identity and built equity in licensed products and concept. Prepared all technical documents ranging from operations manuals to corporate reports, withstanding any legal or financial filings.Led team to expand licensing and grew wholesale portfolio to serve 6 major US markets and 4 international markets. Assisted in product R&D and manufacturer process vetting to lower overall COGS to licensees and retail outlets in U.S., Taiwan, Mexico, and Vietnam markets.
