As a member of the APAC executive team and the global legal leadership team, I am responsible for decisions around cost base and new business development while overseeing a portfolio of functions across HR, legal, IT, ESG, Corporate Services, M&A, risk & governance. My role has global exposure and I serve as Modulaire Group’s APAC M&A and corporate development manager responsible for identifying potential M&A opportunities in Asia Pacific that align with long-term corporate strategy, developing business cases and presentations for strategic initiatives, and driving day-to-day execution of acquisitions from valuation and synergy analysis to due diligence and contract negotiations. Responsible for a team of 42 and internal and external stakeholder management, domestically and with the parent company in London, while serving as a director and board member of the Australian and New Zealand trading entities.
