I am part of People & Culture team in Madrid and I provide support and advice to GIS Madrid leaders and employees. GIS Madrid (Global Infrastructure & Solutions Madrid) is a Roche’s Global IT Site with more than 430 employees. I serve as first contact and connection for employees with P&C in order to ensure a smooth HR service. My main responsibilities include:• In charge of all labour relations of employees and leaders on site• Design and implementation of a new on-boarding program, Roche Start, and acting as agile facilitator for this project. In addition, I am in charge of its follow up for the new employees for GIS site• Important contribution in the preparation of key HR events, such as The Roche Effect, an innovative HR marketing event for internal employees• Preparing, delivering, and managing regular and ad hoc presentations for employees and senior leaders (including steering committee level). I was in charge of the Talent Acquisition for GIS Madrid and Leganes Manufacturing site until December 2017. The main responsibilities included recruitment and employer branding activities such as:• Partner, consult and strategically engage with leaders to understand their recruiting and future strategic pipeline needs• Source and engage candidates, including telephone validation of long-listed candidates and re-activating talent network, including managing job posting and managing talent systems, Taleo until 2017 and Workday from 2018• Innovate the sourcing model to answer the recruitment demands from transformation programs.
