• I was in charge of the Talent Acquisition for GIS Madrid and Leganes Manufacturing site until December 2017. The main responsibilities included recruitment and employer branding activities such as:
• Partner, consult and strategically engage with leaders to understand their recruiting and future strategic pipeline needs
• Source and engage candidates, including telephone validation of long-listed candidates and re-activating talent network, including managing job posting and managing talent systems, Taleo until 2017 and Workday from 2018
• Innovate the sourcing model to answer the recruitment demands from transformation programs. This included implementing promotional campaigns
• Configure, implement and maintain a new sourcing model for temporary needs, including selecting temporary agency providers, closing agreements with them, following up on their performance and adjusting when needed
• Prepare and optimize assessment methodology (e.g. interview guides, assessment tools such as role-play or business cases) and participate in interviewing and assessing candidates
