As a Application Support at HM Sampoerna, I support 2 HM Sampoerna application L1 Operation Application : Qoncierge and Ilogics and my responsibility in this role so far :- Coordinate with the Commercial Innovation Team to study, analyze a change request proposal related to the technical core system application- Design and develop test scenarios and test cases- Identify, Investigate, Analyze and document bugs and errors in the application- Follow up end to end bug fixing- Conduct manual testing on the application according to the test scenario that has been created- Coordinate with Users and developers regarding issues, bugs, and sprint tickets- Provide data requested from users- Create Tickets Bug, Tasks, Stories, Improvements using Jira and Snow Service- Retest bugs after fixing with the developer team- Conduct Transaction Reporting every month on the application
