As F&N Jewelry Corp's Production Manager, I oversaw the manufacturing process, managed staff, ensured quality control, and streamlined supply chain management. With expertise in lean manufacturing principles and project management, I increased output and maintained high-quality standards.I also still set diamonds and gemstones as part of our processes.

As a diamond and gemstone setter, I gained knowledge and experience crafting exquisite jewelry by setting precious stones in a variety of settings. During that time, I honed my skills in precision and detail-oriented work while working with a variety of gemstones and materials. I ensured that each piece was crafted to perfection, developing a strong attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the artistry involved in creating beautiful jewelry. Additionally, I learned and mastered high-end techniques to create intricate and beautiful designs.

As the owner's son and messenger, my role is to develop strong customer relationships and manage sales, marketing, and operations for F&N Jewelry. Our business was started from scratch by my father in 1999, and as a family-owned business, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and services that meet our customers' evolving needs. I communicate effectively and work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of the business, while also maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and growth.

During the period between March 2020 and August 2020, I took a career break to handle important family matters. Specifically, I shut down my previous startup in Cuenca, Ecuador, and relocated to the US to assist with the management of my parents' business when my father fell ill. During this time, I was able to apply my skills in business development and management to support my family during a challenging time. Although this break took me away from my professional pursuits for a few months, it allowed me to grow in other areas and taught me valuable lessons in leadership, adaptability, and resilience.

As the Founder of an online ticketing and event platform, I led the company to process over $600K in sales and serve more than 60K users. From inception to over 160 successful events, I drove customer and business development, while pioneering the first use of Bitcoin payments in the industry. Through the development of payment systems and data analysis of user behavior, I gained experience in fintech and data analytics. Furthermore, I developed exceptional team-building and teamwork capabilities by assembling and managing a team of developers, marketing, and sales personnel.

As a Country Ambassador for the NEM.io Foundation in Ecuador, I represented the organization full-time from August 2018 to February 2019. In this role, I was a dedicated advocate for NEM's blockchain technology, fostering relationships within the local community and promoting awareness of the platform's benefits and applications. I contributed to expanding NEM's presence and impact in Ecuador's blockchain ecosystem through my efforts.

Founded and managed a software development agency that served the US and Ecuador markets, gaining valuable experience in customer and business development.

In 2012, I founded Narantronix to fill the void of PCB manufacturing services in Ecuador. As a college student, I created an artisanal/semi-automated process using a CNC machine I purchased from the US. Narantronix became a provider of PCB solutions for the university student market. As a solo entrepreneur, I managed production, logistics, and quality control.
