Thank you all for the support and allowing me to show you a glimpse of my world. I am a true believer that life on this planet can be enjoyable if we learn how to ride its waves and connect with its synchronicities. While taking a proactive approach to learning these techniques, I have obtained advanced knowledge on how to heal the body through Yoga, bodywork and inner spiritual healing. By first being willing to be taught and taking on the role of a student, I have now earned certifications in Yoga (200 hrs), Personal Training, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki (level 2) and Meditation. As of this education and experience, I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to teach and mentor many; I have trained 1,000s of dancers, fitness professionals, movers, and yogis. My spiritual journey started January, 1st, 2015 after hitting a rough patch in life. Fortunately, I was able to enhance my life and healing journey with yoga, fitness and Spiritual healing. As my journey continues, I will continue to pass on my teachings in hopes that the philosophy of yoga, fitness, and Spiritual healing will enhance the lives of others. Yoga, fitness and Spiritual is a cleansing, healing, purifying, therapeutic and releasing experience, but first you must heal the light within you in order really feel the connectivity between you and the body. Healing and connecting yourself will heal and connect “your world”.
