Approve all asset additions and deletions in fixed asset software and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all expenses, creating monthly reports for these additions and disposals as well as depreciation and any gain or loss on disposed assets. Review, process and approve all activities related to fixed assets including but not limited to additions, disposals, depreciation and transfers of departmental ownership. Host Property and Inventory annual training class for Property Managers, Building Representatives, and any other individuals who need this training, as determined by each department head. Provide assistance to personnel within the organization as related to fixed assets, surplus property, and other duties as assigned.
