Senior Human Resources Generalist
CurrentCoverys is a medical professional liability insurance and services provider dedicated to helping its policyholders and clients anticipate, identify and manage risk to reduce errors, eliminate inefficiency and improve outcomes.As the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Coverys, I provide support on various HR functions and act as a business partner in areas such as talent management, employee benefits, compensation, leave of absences, and performance management programs, processes and initiatives that are aligned with the company’s business objectives. Additionally, I provide mentorship and guidance to the HR Generalists. I was involved with the implementation and conversion of our new HRIS system, WorkDay, focusing on the recruiting, core HCM, core & advanced compensation, and talent / performance management modules. I continue to remain involved related to system improvements and process improvements. I have experience in working on the recruiting team, completing full-cycle recruitment life cycles and processes.While I have exposure to and experience in all areas of HR, my passion and focus is in compensation. This incudes completing compensation surveys, owning merit planning and full cycle processes, compensation guidance as related to all talent, bonus administration, equity review, and salary structures. I am currently in the process of implementing our company’s first compensation software (CompAnalyst).
