Recruitment: Schedule job interviews and assists interview process, conduct technical exams and coordinate with department heads for assessments, set final interview meetings with the CEO, collect pre-employment requirements, assist in the preparation and registration of mandatory contributions, and assist with ATM application for payroll.Employee relations: Conduct orientation for newly hired employees, coordinate and assist employees' request, providing biometric data for payroll, conduct benefit enrollment process and maintain disciplinary action records.Administrative: Sourcing suppliers and doing inventory of supplies. Schedule site visits and product presentations with contractors and suppliers.
