Supervising the Best Buy account by acting as a logistics coordinator from receipt of initial purchase orders via EDI, through shipping to customer. Manage the Daily Fill Rate Report for programmatic customers through Excel. This is done on a daily basis and must be kept at 90% or above.Manage Backlog report for programmatic customers by working closely with the Purchasing Department.Work closely with the Florida location providing ETA's on specific orders. This includes troubleshooting and resolving problems regarding ETAs of parts, part information and part numbers.Assist the Program Manager on daily tasks. Example, running reports, managing numbers, entering credits.Process credits on SAP for customer that return original parts, per their contract.Manage the Parts Due Back Report to ensure parts are returned in a timely manner. Process and monitor the Non Conformance Report via the intranet on a daily basis. When needed, process credits due, so the receiving department can receive the parts back into inventory.Update the internal Open Orders Report on SAP with new ETA dates received from the Purchasing Department.Weekly conference calls with programmatic accounts to maintain communication ensuring the customers needs are met.
