Senior Marketing Manager, Development
Barangaroo, Nsw, Au
After a successful three and a half year run marketing high-end development projects in Chicago, I was recruited by Lendlease to head up marketing for all of their condominium projects in the market. This work included helping launch the company’s Lakeshore East development, located at a high-profile parcel along Lake Shore Drive and the Chicago River. I oversaw marketing efforts for Cirrus, a 47-story, 350 unit condo tower with sweeping views of the Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier, and the creation and opening of Cascade Park, a tiered greenspace serving the development and surrounding neighborhood. I also spearheaded marketing in Lendlease’s Southbank, a master plan development along the Chicago River in the rapidly-growing South Loop neighborhood. I led marketing efforts for the Reed, a 41-story hybrid building that includes 216 condos and 244 apartments. I also drove marketing efforts for the planning and opening of Southbank Park, an .8-acre neighborhood park with expansive views of the Chicago skyline that served as an addition to the city’s famous Riverwalk. As part of this work, I helped design and launch on-site sales centers for each project, one of which we re-designed to reflect the realities of selling amid an unprecedented pandemic. Once the building opened, we moved all sales operations, dedicating an entire floor of the building to expertly designed model homes and a sales office with state-of-the-art digital interface to walk potential residents through their future home. After three years of marketing Chicago condo projects, my role expanded to include the Forum Boston Landing life sciences and office development as well as the Horizon Uptown 500-acre master development outside of Denver. After taking on multiple markets, my role expanded once again to include a role in Lendlease’s acquisition efforts. At this point, I relocated from Chicago to the company’s headquarters in New York to reflect the larger, national role.
