In 2008 I stepped into project management, having no clue what being a project leader actually meant.My first year was tough.So tough that I pulled out my childhood comics to wind down after work. The stress was almost unbearable.But there is no growth without challenge.To me, the prospect of getting really good at project management and becoming a leader was too appealing to give up.
