AdBridg is a leading provider of bidding solutions for digital publishers. We offer header bidding, analytics, customization and optimization services for large and medium publishers. In this role I spearhead all account management responsibilities including:- Acting as the primary go-to person for key accounts- Lead all steps in the integration process of new customers- Work with the engineering team to prioritize support tickets and/or customer projects- Provide in depth analysis and optimizations of customers bidding, Google Ad Manager account set ups and demand partner data- Hire, manage and mentor a growing team of account managers

- Managed a team of 6 ad operation specialists/account managers- Worked closely with the Director of Monetization to optimize our inventory using various programmatic strategies. Maintained the flow of our full stack.- Successfully migrated from DSM to the new Sales Manager in June 2015- Spent hours daily on reporting and analytics. Closely monitored video inventory and sourced out any other revenue opportunities or revenue at risk- Coordinate with our Montreal ad ops dept. in ensuring processes and work flow are as efficient as possible- Liaised with content and coding teams to ensure upcoming site changes had ad tech top of mind, and placement of ads were ideal for sales and marketing- Managed the Ad Operations team in successfully delivering the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics Digital Sponsorships & 2016 Rio Olympics Digital Sponsorships.- Worked closely with our finance dept. to ensure the flow of data for invoicing is accurate and all other processes work in tandem with their systems- Ensured the sales team had their needs met, including an efficient workflow with their account managers and assisted in troubleshooting all client questions, concerns and invoicing issues- Implemented “White Glove Servicing” amongst the Ad Ops/Account Managers team to provide our sales team and clients with above average industry standards of servicing. - Appointed to the Data Committee in 2017. Had started planning out Audience Segments and doing testing with the DMP team in Google Ad Manager to ensure the data and segments were implemented correctly and tested. - Managed many HR related situations including: hiring new employees, mat leave replacements, performance management etc...**Completed the "Evolving Leadership Development System" at CBC/Radio-Canada Dec. 6, 2016.Courses included: Pivotal Conversations, Managing the Human Side of Change, Drive for Results with a Catalyst Mindset, Dealing With the Impact of Change

- Managed digital sponsorships and campaign management for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games and the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil.- Successfully managed hundreds of campaigns at a time, including long running site & show sponsorships- Maintained customer relationships to assist in bringing in recurring business to help the busy sales team- Restructured DFP & DSM from scratch twice during upgrades. Lead the project design, implemented and maintained site architecture and hierarchy. - Liaised with content and coding teams to ensure that ad code and ad placements were correct
