Greenchem Technology is a hazardous waste management specialist providing a one stop solution to the downstream operations of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals industries. It encompasses cleaning of the storage medium, clearing waste and treating it for recycling/recovery, thereby helping the industries to be responsible to the environment.Responsibilities- Contribute as member of cross-functional team in strategizing deployment of organization resources; ie. manpower, machineries and logistics.- Participate in inter-department collaborations to improve performance of employees and work processes.- Participate in recruitment of engineering and project staff.- Manage and oversee facilities maintenance activities that include vendor sourcing, planning, scheduling, organizing and execution of maintenance works.- Build organization workplace safety and health capabilities in on-site and off-site work activities through EHS and bizSAFE programs to protect company properties and personnel safety.- Provide technical and engineering supports on equipment process and maintenance.- Develop and implement work methods and the associated risk assessment for safe and efficient working practices for off-site industrial cleaning project works.- Ensure compliance with workplace, safety and health requirement and liaising with local authorities (MOM, NEA, SCDF and PUB ) on EHS matters.- Work towards continuous improvement of all aspects of the Operations function; ensures the strategic vision and goals of the organization and the Operations organization are well-communicated.Accomplishment- Established in-house Permit To Work (PTW) system.- Developed Risk Management Program to achieved BizSAFE Level 4 status for the organization.- Setup an in-house Sludge Dewatering and Waste Water Treatment System.

- Lead technical projects from design conceptualization to implementation for addressing of product quality issues, machines efficiency improvement and processing material and/or tools change.- Regular review of products quality level with internal business functions; eg. QA and R&D, for expansion and maintenance of business in Indonesia, Japan and Europe.- Performed Process Validation strategies, Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Change Control Practices and etc, in accordance to FDA and ISO13485 standards for changes of raw materials and existing processes.- Occasional travel, which include overseas customer’s site to address their complaints and overseas vendor’s premise to perform equipment buyoff.- Supervised and trained Technical Specialists to facilitate Production Teams in attainment of production indicators.- Controlled and managed monthly expense accounts assigned to ensure compliance to budget.- Conducted experimental testing to approve use of raw materials and changes of existing processes.- Conducted periodic review of process FMEAs and conduct annual GR&R study.- Participated in lean manufacturing activities; ie SWI, Six Sigma Projects and etc.- Active participation in internal and customers’ quality audits. Draft and ensure timely implementation of CAPA due from audit findings.

- Oversee daily production and resolve quality issues promptly.- Ensured on time delivery of products to customer.- Conducted evaluation activities including parts qualification, equipments buyoff, machine critical parameter settings and yield improvement projects.- Undertook NPI roles by working closely with customer to perform engineering and product evaluation on site, participates in providing solutions to surfaced issues and ensure its success.- Established machines operating procedures and work instructions.- Responded to and implemented corrective actions for customer complaints.- Performed required QA function to meet the quality standards.- Monitored and responded to line audits performance.- Lead Engineering Assistants and Assistant Engineers to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.- Responsible for machine utilization, scheduling of preventive maintenance and audit tools calibration.- Monitored machine process using statistical tools; ie SPC and Cpk.- Performed regular review of process FMEA.
