Adrian N. Lopez is an Associate Level III at Farnsworth Group with over 5 years of experience in architecture and sustainability. At Ware Malcomb, where he worked from 2021, he led Energy and Efficiency Initiatives for the AIA 2030 Challenge, started the Energy Analysis Enterprise Group, and submitted their first year of reporting in 2023. He used tools like cove.tool, Tally LCA, One Click LCA, EC3, and Autodesk Insight to evaluate design EUI, carbon impact, and environmental product data, including tracking scope 1-3 emissions.Adrian’s professional experience includes diverse projects, such as project coordination, set delivery of contract documents, BIM support, construction services, and code analysis. Notably, he worked on large-scale projects like the Kohler Vikrell manufacturing facility and Project Echo, focusing on warehouse and manufacturing spaces.Outside of his full-time role, Adrian has contributed to numerous sustainability groups, serving as Chair of the Career Connections Working Group and Chair of the Emerging Professionals Group. He conducted outreach programs across Arizona, engaging students from high school to college. In 2024, Adrian was a student mentor with the Arizona Sustainability Alliance and collaborated with them on multiple building tours.
