With over 20 years of experience in the event industry, Adriano brings with him a wealth of knowledge across all areas of video, audio, lighting, rigging, and communications. Beginning his career as a set builder and AV installer, he developed an interest in lighting and worked his way up to become the Head of Lighting at Perth AV. By 2004, Adriano was feeling the limitations of working in a small city and decided to make the move across the country to Sydney. He shifted his focus to become a Technical Director, and by 2007 had started his own company, Box2. For the next 3 years, he focussed on production management and technical direction for the PCO industry, where he travelled the globe delivering events across Australasia, Asia, and America. Having crossed professional paths with Joe many times over the years, it was in 2010 when their business goals aligned and they joined forces to create Sightline Productions. Starting out as a production management company, Adriano’s love of audio-visual broadened their reach into AV acquisition and hire and positioned them where they are today. In more recent years, Adriano’s true passion has evolved into digital media and content delivery, including the design of large format projection and complex video systems.
