My actual education and training have developed throughout different experiences in private sector, in the field of public administration and at the university (PhD in environmental sciences). I worked on field with projects on EMAS, bio-remediation activities, communication initiatives. I spent several years organizing an "environmental office" in a local administration that hadn't nothing similar before, creating the structure and the right procedures to make it working properly..My career has been a mixture of experiences in different fields (from my accountancy studies to environmental sciences, from private sector to public administration). My knowledge on specific subjects due to my high educational career and the experience of administration developed my skills, particularly in supporting decision activities.As responsible of the "environmental office" in a local administration, I surely reached good skills in organizing resources, setting procedures, improving skills and knowledge, working with other (cooperation with other offices and institutions), coordinating and leading activities. My doctoral and PhD thesis improved my researcher skills.In 2009 I became councilor in a local authority (Assessor on environmental matters): the new load of work show me that I can handle different activities, with good response to heavy workload and good organization of time and resources. In my work and in my political experiences I used to face different problems, improving my analysis, problem solving and communication skills, thanks to the direct contact with different institutions and citizens.
