Head of EMEA Finance & Accounting function. Responsible for:o Leading a team of 90+ finance professional in 14 EMEA countries; o Transforming, centralizing and optimizing EMEA Finance by setting a new long term strategy, closing down local departments, creating central COEs and establishing a new Shared Service Center in the Netherlands for transactional based processes;o Leading the SSC implementation team;o Delivering internal and external tax, accounting and finance compliance during the transformation program.- General Manager of the newly implemented EMEA SSC - Responsible for defying EMEA Finance RPA/AI (Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence) strategy and execution - Project Manager of the HR SSC implementation and payroll outsourcing initiative

- Strategic direction, financial expertise and leadership - Design and drive the Finance transformation strategy including global standardization of processes, policies and systems configuration. - Design implement and lead the service delivery capabilities around a newly created Global Shared Service Center, centers of excellences and central functions. - Board member (covering the position of Chairman, Managing Director or Director, depending on the legal entity) in more than 30 group companies. - Member of the restricted senior regional team in charge to design and implement multiple cross functional restructuring and turnarounds aimed to restore growth and profitability. - End responsible for internal and external reporting and all aspects of Finance and internal controls at regional and country level. . - Manage a team of > 250 people and a budget of > 12 million dollars.
