My main contributions included:- Joint leadership with the managers of IT, sales, marketing, HR, and finance departments;- Development of the Job Impact Project (JIP), an initiative that evaluated CEVIU employees based on specific KPIs for each department. The top performers in each department were recognized with promotions and awarded trips abroad with a guest;- Conducting monthly meetings to review sales performance from the previous month and to present the JIP indicators of the employees;- Collaborating with the financial department and other sectors to prepare the annual budgets;- Setting sales targets in partnership with the sales manager and defining online sales objectives along with the online marketing manager;- Working together with the American headquarters to ensure a smooth integration of the companies after the sale, with a special focus on aligning the commercial cultures through intensive training sessions. -

Eventually, CEVIU was sold to CareerBuilder, then the world's leading online recruitment solution.My skills and contributions included:- Developing the initial versions of CEVIU using PHP and MySQL. For this, I created a Framework to rapidly develop future features.- In CEVIU's first year, I worked alone on attracting IT professionals and companies, resulting in significant growth in CEVIU’s audience (monthly unique visitors).- Securing an angel investor, which enabled the creation of CEVIU's first headquarters and the hiring of our first two employees.- Collaborating with the initial team to launch our first marketing campaigns, significantly increasing product sales.- Conducting in-depth analyses of visitation and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in these two key metrics.- With CEVIU's growth, I officially established the IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance departments. At this point, we had 40 employees.- Given the success of the business, several companies showed interest in acquiring CEVIU. I was deeply involved in the evaluation of CEVIU, collecting data for the sale proposal, attending meetings with potential buyers, participating in Due Diligence processes, negotiating contracts, and ultimately facilitating the sale of the business to CareerBuilder.
