With 10 years experience in the industry from helpdesk to administration, administration to installing, from installing to team lead, from team lead to project management, eventually I was bound to make the step to business ownership. I had the need to help customers in the way they deserve to be helped without blowing out their budget. I could see a huge shift coming in the industry and hope to be leader in changing it for the better. I help people learn more about consumer and professional products and services so they can make the most informed decision. I list all my prices publicly so there is no surprises, you know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting. I help build, setup and program some of the finest home automation systems at the cutting edge of technology. Generally this is known as "smart homes". I setup a variety of systems which are comprised of several types of sub-systems, such as centralized lighting, multi-room audio, video distribution systems, motorized blinds, alarm systems, central vac systems, control systems for HVAC, pool control, fireplaces, motorized TV mounts and anything electronic!-Build Audio/Video equipment racks-Terminate and make all connections-Test and trace all cables-Install TVs-Test all audio and video inputs on all speakers and TVs-Test all network devices-Setup modems, routers, remotes and other devices.

Install home automation equipment in large residential custom homes. Run wires and terminate connections. Install hardware such as keypads, motorized blinds, touch panels, speakers, amplifiers, video distribution equipment, control processors, televisions and motorized mounts, projectors and much more.

Provided IT Support for 40 users. All Apple environment. Used google apps and OneLogin as user management. Supported cloud based apps such as Salesforce and Highrise. Managed VoIP phone systems. Setup new user accounts and workstations. Helped with tech projects including RFID scanners for employee time sheets.

Designed everything from business cards, to banners and of course signs. Produced and installed signs and vinyl products. Creatively designed logos and other original designs for clients. Used Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Operated large format printers and vinyl plotters.

Supported and managed over 100 users in an Active Directory (Windows Server 2008) environment. Supported end users. Maintained an Exchange Server, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Domain Controllers and other servers at a fast paced law firm downtown Toronto.
