- Management and leadership of the Commercial and Customer Service team- Development of the business plan together with the marketing area- Commercial management of large accounts- Preparation of sales forecasts through analysis of history, budget and information obtained in the market aiming to guide the company with regard to investments and fluctuation of demand.- Participation of price strategy decisions with the marketing area, evaluating costs and practices in the market, to obtain the best result in each negotiation.- Preparation and fulfillment of the annual Budget of sales, performing the analysis of commercial reports, goals x result, movement and performance of the competition.- Collaboration in the development of Capex products and decisions- Participation actively in the discussions of KPIs in the operational areas

- Attendance to more than 150 company accounts- Relationship with customers- Support to operations and marketing team with commercial planning- Presentation of weekly results- Delivery of large events helping the sponsor to have a successful experience

- Direct relationship with CIOs and CEOs of the largest companies in Brazil- Assisting sponsors in scheduling business meetings during events.- Congress Tickets for the IT Forum Expo fair, and help the general audience of the fair.- Creation and sending of strategic communication referring to the forums, fair, studies and awards of the company.
