• Delivered on-demand research, writing, and editing support to Department of Language Studies faculty on a range of projects, including academic publications, international conferences, teaching dossiers, and curriculum development.• Collaborated with principal investigators to identify appropriate research funding opportunities, successfully securing over $60,000 CAD in project funding to date.• From 2015-17, I prepared play scripts taught and staged in the course ITA413Y5 Italian Theatre: Text and Performance. Editorial process included researching multimedia versions; interfacing with the rights holder; compiling a new script; and translating the final script into English.

• Collaborated with senior leadership to write multiple successful funding proposals to raise over $650,000 CAD from U of T, government, and NGO institutions in support of new experiential learning projects. • Designed the UTM Community Engagement Inventory, a new campus tool that enables academic and non-academic units to map community partnerships in relation to teaching and research initiatives. Oversee a team of casual and undergraduate Research Assistants who liaise with faculty and staff on data collection.• Planned and implemented the Experiential Learning Bursaries and UTM-PEY Bursaries programs at UTM, including designing workflows, evaluating courses for eligibility, reconciling annual spendings, and drafting communications templates.• Served as Project Manager on a process improvement initiative, coordinating with senior consultants from an external consulting firm to identify and reduce inefficiencies in academic offence processes at UTM.

• Proposed, planned, and facilitated all aspects of the Linking Skills project, a new research initiative focused on fostering university-industry linkages to enhance EL programming in Humanities disciplines.• Conducted alumni- and employer-facing surveys, using quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the transferable skills and employment outcomes of UTM Humanities graduates from the past 30 years. • Supervised undergraduate and graduate student researchers to clean and analyze over 250 survey responses in order to generate data visualizations and prepare descriptive reports for internal stakeholders and the provincial government.

Office of the Vice-Principal, Academic and Dean• Supported the Vice-Deans, Teaching & Learning and Academic Experience through the management and implementation of projects in the programming and curriculum, experiential learning, and community engagement portfolios.• Developed an evaluation framework for the submission of Extra-Departmental Unit proposals to the Program & Curriculum Unit, outlining the appropriate governance paths for different unit levels. Provided extensive advising and editorial support to lead faculty and staff on two successful proposals.• Conducted a campus-wide scan of academic advising processes at UTM, interviewing over 50 faculty and staff advisors about their jobs and synthesizing high-level findings into a report for the Dean.

Office of the Vice-Principal, Academic & Dean• Supported the Office in the implementation of its Academic Plan through the administration of faculty and staff working groups, which included scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, maintaining project wikis, and preparing recommendation reports. • Launched and maintained the Academic Plan Implementation dashboard by liaising with faculty and staff to track the progress of campus-wide initiatives relative to established five-year benchmarks.Department of English & Drama• Provided faculty and students with planning and editorial support for grant applications, research posters, and seminar series.• From Aug-Oct 2017, I acted as Assistant to the Chair, which involved contracting sessional lecturers and teaching assistants, updating web pages and listservs, promoting course offerings, and running day-to-day operations of the Department during the start of a new academic year.

Old Books, New Science (Administration)• Facilitated financial operations of the digital humanities research lab. Responsibilities included writing grant proposals, contracting new hires, creating expense databases and workflows, and reporting spendings to grant institutions.Book of Fame (Project Manager)• Developed prototype software integrating the International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF) into Unity to reimagine digital manuscript images as 3D game objects.• Responsibilities included writing grant proposals, design documents, and project reports; contracting and supervising team members; overseeing project budget; guest lecturing to students at the U of T; and presenting research at international conferences.
