This infrastructure allows monitoring and operating production platforms through remote commands, reducing the costs of offshore operations and reducing exposure to risks inherent to the oil production process.• Managed the works to adapt the piers of the port of Imbetiba, located in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro, to allow the docking of larger ships. The delay in the work could have impacted the interconnection schedule for the new production platforms. Renting a new port would cost about $1 million a month.• Led the project to vacate, coordinated carry out adaptation works and supported the negotiation to deliver to the owner a commercial building, which was used by more than 2000 people, within the strict deadline, negotiating delivery conditions and ensuring that costs were within the established target.
