I discovered my passion for pastry at a young age, experimenting in my home kitchen and creating desserts for family and friends. This led me to study at IEK Akmi, one of Greece's top professional schools. During summers, I gained hands-on experience in all-inclusive hotels, crafting desserts for over 1,500 guests daily and thriving in high-pressure environments.After completing my studies, I joined a bakery specializing in unique pastries, intricate cakes, and event catering, where I honed my creativity and precision. During my military service, I worked with a team to produce 250 kg of bread daily, further developing my organizational skills.Later, I trained under Yiannis Kechrologos, one of Greece’s leading pastry chefs, mastering his innovative desserts and catering for weddings at a boutique hotel. Currently, I work in Germany in a Prague-style kitchen, expanding my skills in savory cooking.Now, I’m eager to return to pastry, bringing my passion, diverse experience, and dedication to excellence to a team that shares my love for desserts.
