Same as Installation Specialist, but due to structure changes, the role name was changed.

After over 6 year working as Installation Coordinator, I decided to move further in the team and took the job as Installation Specialist. Responsible for request, managing and deliver BT Communications services to our customers in LATAM Region. Process and team coordination at different regions aroung the world. Daily contact with account managers from our customers to make sure the project will be delivered accordingly, using the applications available for that (Skype, Teams, Telepresence and Internal Tools), with basically 90% of the time communicating on their language, English or Spanish.

To provide technical support (Hardware and Software) to the users and also to provide Network support on any issues that comes up.
