- Experience in management of repair centers and after-sales for luxury watches;- Experience in customer care, work procedures, stock management, quality control, fornitures and other aspects of after-sales and customer service;- Development of operational rules and procedures for technical assistance for watches;- Watch connoisseur and enthusiast;- Presentation of training courses for authorized retailers and jewellers over technical aspects of watches and work procedures, aiming to help on the support for sales and after-sales, including ilustrated printed material;- Presentation of lectures regarding technical and historical aspects of horology for groups of enthusiasts and/or collectors;Trainings, lectures and events:- Attended to after-sales management training at Audermas Piguet North America, in Clearwater, Florida, in May of 2018;- Presentation of various mini-lectures for groups of VIP customers for Omega and Amsterdam Sauer;- Presentation of a complementary training for the Omega Boutiques staff in 2013 and for TAG Heuer retailers since 2014;- Attended as watchmaker of Hublot Watch Academy on Ferrari Racing Days event, on April 2013;- Presentation of the lecture "How watches adds value to the mix of jewellry products" on the 56ª Feninjer (Brazilian Gems and Jewellery Show) in 2013;- Attended to the training course for customer service policies, presented by Swatch Group do Brasil for the brands Tissot and Mido, in 2009, and presented by Clac Importação for the Swatch brand, in 2009; attended to the "Omega Université" training course, levels 1 and 2, in 2008 and 2009;- Attend to the Basel Fair (Baselworld) since 2008, also visiting other swiss cities, specially in the "watchmaking valley", and the main watch and clock museums in Switzerland.
