• Facilitated brainstorm dynamics and scripted for validation teste to ReNaming with real customers;

• I led 17 designers of the Itaú Design Language shared products squads and participated in the creation of the Itaú Design System to support all Itaú brands and segments:
• Implemented agnostic semantics Design Tokens, to provide customized components for all Itaú segments and brands;
• Used Atomic Design model to optimize and modularize components creating and improving the consistency between all compositions;
• Ensured the adoption of accessibility standards of components, following WCAG 2.0 AA requirements
• Created a documentation and modular specifications frameworks to optimize and increase the quality of deliverables for designers and developers;
• Participated in the development of a centralized governance to promote a collaborative environment to scale the Design System to more than 180 product designers;
