• Responsible for developing systems, processes, reports and controls to meet the needs of a rapidly growing International and evolving company working directly with the Group Chief Financial Officer and liaising directly with key management personnel. • Head up the day to day financial activities including: financial strategy, analysis of the books, reporting to management on the state of the finances, forecasting, monitoring cash flow, producing accounts, setting and checking targets, monitoring the performance of each department, auditing and overseeing all regulatory/ compliance issues.• Function as Group CFO’s second in command allowing for interaction with Board and other members of management on a range of issues when and as needed. • Work in developing an overall framework of internal controls extending reach globally to ensure protection of company assets including cash, accuracy of company financial statements, timeliness of internal reporting and timeliness of customer payments & collections. • Liaise with US, EU and Singapore based auditors in relation to annual audit and tax liabilities in several jurisdictions in US, Europe and Asia. Liaise with various other external advisors in different tax jurisdictions/countries to ensure compliance.

As Financial Analyst I reported directly to the CFO on financial and commercial matters of the Group including the following: • Responsible for co-ordinating the Global quarter end close process to tight reporting deadlines and ensuring timely and accurate quarter end analysis for Board of Directors and Executive Management. • I developed real time Key Performance Indicator reporting with regard to revenue streams and overheads analysis. This included relevant analyses versus prior periods and associated risks and opportunities.• Responsibility for the preparation of the quarterly/annual budgets and subsequent forecasting throughout the year. This is based on detailed financial models developed to assist in managing the financial and operating business model of the company.• Analysis and monitoring of key business and commercial drivers and performance indicators including Bookings and New Business Leads and Pipeline.

I was a member of the Business Advisory Services management team with Mazars Ireland where my primary role included management of a significant portfolio of diverse clients ranging from owner-managed and family businesses to international Groups of companies in various industries particularly technology, manufacturing and distribution including those with International Reporting deadlines and Group Reporting requirements.In addition, my role included Transaction Support Services, specifically financial and commercial due diligence, to a number of AIM and IEX listed clients who were involved in significant acquisition activity during the period.
