Over the past 10 years, I challenged myself into developing and finding new business opportunities for young artists, mainly involved in the heavy music industry. I formed Ohwly Artist Management in 2017 and quickly set about the task of developing a forward-thinking management firm to help artist find their audience and expand their vision to reach new people. In these 3 years, Ohwly became the home for the rock/metal scene in Italy with now globally over 20.000.000 streams/views combined. Responsibilities have included: Negotiating key worldwide distribution and development contracts as well as leading the business development, content, and marketing strategies across all bands ensuring the steady growth of each. Daily tasks include: handling worldwide digital sales, budgeting, contractual negotiations and licensing, dealing with agents and music industry peers, securing endorsements, video, photoshoots and artworks, tour management, tour planning, tour marketing, music placement, and advertising. Since 2018 I am part of the Heavy Music Awards (UK) voting panel.
