I am interested in researching the determinants of economic and territorial development as a mean to promote better policy, thus contributing to society. I work as a consultant on issues of regional and urban economy in the context of Colombia and Latin America, my work seeks to provide an integral perspective of the different phenomena to study with the objective to provide a timely, helpful and right analysis. Furthermore, my research agenda revolves around the issue of the political economy of development focusing on natural resource exploitation, regional and territorial development, and state and institutional formation in Colombia and Latin America. I am interested in looking for spaces to further my research.
