I support "Aventura de Construir" on strategy (as the definition of the digital communication plan and the impact evaluation programme) and organisation (as the definition of the customers data base and reports). My main focus is on the training for micro entrepreneurs.

CTO at One Brasil, the joint venture between One WorldWide and the Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicacao (4th TV network in Brasil in terms of audience) devoted to Mobile Services and Interactivity.

I led the start-up of the company, taking it to a 30 people operations with annual turnover of R$ 60 M (USD 37.5 M).

Responsible for setting up the operations of One Worldwide in the United States, negotiating with mobile operators and aggregators, content providers (UMG, Sony Music, GLU), TV producers (Endemol - One has been selected as the exclusive distributor of mobile content for “Deal or No Deal”, a widely successfull NBC show).

I have been the responsible for content services in 3 Italia, the worldwide first to launch commercial UMTS services in March 2003.In that period, 3’s Mobile Portal had 2 million monthly paying clients generating an annual turnover of about 16 M€ (7 M€ of which from advertising) and was offering 94 media products (among which 12 TV channels) through 19 aggregators, 10 main technical partners and 20 content providers.It is managed by a group of 25 people, from concept definition to technical implementation and editorial and marketing management, with 8 M€ budget for content acquisition.Among other achievements, I secured exclusive selling agreements with selected content providers, leading to 4 M€ extra revenues for 2007-08 period on top of the usual revenue sharing.

Definition marketing and technical requirements for web applications to be delivered via H3G UMTS network, coordinating internal resources/Application Service Providers to deliver the products.Definition of technical and business requirements for 3rd parties integration with H3G. Selection of SaaS Providers for outsourced development of content products and of the Content Syndicator for TV services.
