I started my career on ALTRAN as a Project Manager and my first challenge was coordinate a SOA TIBCO team based Cargill HQ.After this project, I had an opportunity to manage others TIBCO projects for Santander Bank and NEXTEL, a important regulatory project for CLARO ( America Movil TELECOM ) and various time & material contracts.Responsible for Unified Information Project using BPM techniques (Business Process Modeling) TIBCO iProcess, TIBCO Business Works. Customer : NEXTEL Brazil. Result: This project achieved a roughly 50% reduction in costs and delays, and accelerated market launch eliminating redundancy of data information between legacy systems..Responsible for regulatory project according to changes in the local legislation for telecommunications companies, recognized as “Numeric Portability” (regulated by ANATEL – Brazilian Agent) – this project allows users to keep the same telephone number, independent of the operator telecom company. Customer: América Móvil Telecom ( CLARO Brazil ).Result: Completed the project on time using SOA (Service-oriented architecture) under the budget within the time stipulated by the regulatory agency.

Reporting directly to the Solutions Manager, I had opportunity to improve and provide my consultant skills for two major telecoms companies.Brazil Telecom Project: I ran UML Concepts replication workshops for Brazil Telecom IT team using Enterprise Architect modeling tool.Blueprint Project for VIVO (a part of the Telefonica-Portugal Telecom Company): Provide advisory support for analysts who used IBM Rational-SODA and ClearCase tools.

I had a pleasure to work with an exceptional team, they had been developing a strong ERP for Textile Sector using Delphi 6, N-Tier, object oriented, INTERBASE, Firebird and Microsoft SQL-Server.My duties were coordinate the development of a new functionality called MRP (material resources planning), this functionality read Production Order and presented informations on a gantt chart timeline.This ERP had nearly 3.000.000 source lines and was totally object oriented.We had a client interface instanced as a multiple DLL connected to a broker server and Our development was provided using Delphi 6, TClientDataSet, TDataSetProvider, ReportBuilder, Pointer, Records, InfoPower, RxLib, FiredBird and MS-SQL Server as a RDBMS.
