    I started by teaching a one-day course on Personal Purpose. Then another two-day course on Leadership.After a while I was designing and delivering three executive seminars to a variety of clients on behalf of the Office of Executive Education.That continues to this day.And become even more meaningful when we started building custom-programs...Imagine this struggling non-profit organization on the brink of bankruptcy: since ttheir first meeitng, the weight of their challenges was palpable. I had been called in as their last hope, and I knew that a tailored approach was essential.We designed a customized retreat to address their immediate crisis and lay the groundwork for long-term success. Over the next few days, I led intensive workshops with the leadership team, helping them uncover hidden strengths and introducing "out of the box" thinking techniques.We translated these concepts into actionable strategies, creating developmental programs that leveraged their unique leadership capacities. Within months, the organization not only recovered from bankruptcy but thrived, with productivity soaring by 30%.On the final day, the Executive Director approached me with tears in her eyes, saying, "You didn't just save our organization; you helped us remember why we started it."

    It's kind of like being called up to the big leagues...When Johns Hopkins Carey Business School calls, you don't say "no."My immediate reaction was: "I'm in!"The students rated my class a 10. What happened next? Six months passed.Until a day when a professor broke her arm. They asked: "Can you teach a course on conflict?" I accepted.I learned so much! (First and foremost, to turn when my student say the word "professor?")They called me again.
