Hi, I am Adriano Rapoza, a college graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I started my first job with the franchise called The Saxton Group at one of their McAlister’s Deli location. I started off as a cashier at age 20 and quickly found success with the industry of food and customer service, which in return, got me a promotion to Management at age 21. During college, I was averaging a full-time job with them while maintaining a full-time education as well. My goal every day is to do the best I can at my job. After four amazing years of employment at the Saxton Group, I decided it was time to focus on my career path with my degree. While looking around, I found Fidelity Investments which quickly drew my attention. After much research and some interviews, I knew that this would be the next journey I wanted to take in my life. During my time at Fidelity Investments, I had learned a lot about the financial industry and was more than happy to be given the opportunity to work for the company. After my employment with Fidelity Investments, I decided it is best to work in a field I know much better about. I saw Park Place Automotive was hiring for a HR Coordinator role. Given my time as a manager and helping my employees in all sorts of ways, I knew leadership and help is something I am very strong in. After a few interviews with Park Place Automotive, I am happy to say that I will be joining their team as one of their Human Resource Coordinators and ready to make an impact for their company.
