Current✔Responsible for the management of implementation and operation projects in Telecommunications at Volkswagen and Bradesco companies;✔Team management with 10 analysts and 2 technicians at Bradesco playing the following roles and responsibilities:✔Directly responsible for monthly reporting of results to the IT manager;✔Responsible for managing contracts in Telecommunications;✔Responsible for representing Bradesco in negotiation and reporting meetings with Telecommunications operators;✔Experience in the implementation of systems by doing mappings, analyzing and identifying non-conformities, implementing improvements, applying training and validating requirements with customers, providing technological solutions, and optimizing tasks and processes;✔Experience in user support, post-implementation monitoring, daily use of tools, equipment installation, parameterization and data migration, and preparation of technical reports, thus ensuring the efficiency of processes and guaranteeing customer satisfaction; Development of corporate projects and analysis of new procedures, preparation of functional documentation of deployed systems, and management and administration of servers, environments, networks, databases, and platforms;Results:✔Reduction in telecommunication expenses for Bradesco by R$2.5 million/month; ✔Operational Efficiency in the continuous management of Telecommunications resources;✔Analysis of the consumption profile of telecommunications resources by proposing improvements in tariff contracts with operators; Management of payment and billing dispute with Telecommunications operators (follow-up and management from payment to the end of disputes related to inconsistent billed amounts);✔Allocation of telecommunication costs by Bradesco Cost Center;✔Process control and invoice payment management.
