The fast-paced environment demanded that we produce over 300 pizzas each day, making it a high-energy and demanding workplace.

I served as both a chef à la carte and a pizza chef during my tenure at Kafé Spesial, which has been one of my most enriching experiences to date. Here, I gained valuable insights into thriving in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. My daily routine involved early morning food preparations before service commenced, as well as late shifts where my colleagues and I managed the entire spectrum of culinary creations, from pizzas and pastas to fish, meat, salads, and everything else on the menu. Despite the frenetic and bustling ambiance, it was at Kafé Spesial that I honed my skills and gained a comprehensive culinary education.

Villani marked the beginning of a transformative journey for me. I transitioned from a vastly different environment, one centered around computers and video editing, to the bustling and fast-paced world of restaurants. While I had previously studied in a culinary school and worked as a chef in various Italian restaurants, it was my time at Villani that truly broadened my culinary horizons.At Villani, I had the privilege of learning the art of pizza making from my Neapolitan colleagues, who generously shared their expertise and guidance. This experience played a pivotal role in my decision to pursue a career as a Pizzaiolo. Villani is, without a doubt, the epitome of Italian culinary excellence in Bergen and throughout the entire Vestland region of Norway.

I served as a video editor within my family-owned company specializing in television spot advertising. In this capacity, I collaborated closely with my father, leveraging my editing skills to enhance video content, ensuring the creation of compelling TV spots for broadcast across various local television channels.

"Power Games" was a meaningful gift from my father, designed to pave the way for a promising career. Who knows a son better than his own father? As someone who had a passion for gaming (and maybe still indulges occasionally), my father made a wise choice in providing me with the opportunity to work in the most rewarding environment of my life.Over the course of two years, I've come to appreciate the challenges and intensity that come with managing a shop, as well as the patience required when dealing with customers. These were the years of the PlayStation 3, with the PlayStation 4 on the horizon, a time when video games were primarily purchased in physical stores rather than online. It was a different era in the gaming world.As a small shop, I faced tough competition from larger shopping centers with better prices and seemingly unlimited resources. While nothing beautiful lasts forever, this experience has been incredibly rewarding and has provided me with invaluable lessons and memories.
