I lead the team for the 3rd year of the LEINN degree in which we travel to Asia (India and South Korea), we develop a digital bootcamp yearly for enhancing the digital skills in the areas of IA, data, CRM, chatbots and commerce and we manage and follow-up a mentoring programs.

I have had the opportunity to travel and plan three academic exchanges with our Korean partner company, Happy Bridge Mondragon. These exchanges have provided more than 150 young entrepreneurs with a unique learning experience abroad, allowing them to gain valuable intercultural and global experience. We have already organized two successful exchange programs, and we are currently preparing to accompany a third batch of 80 entrepreneurs on a trip to Seoul, South Korea and Mumbai, India.

As a coach and trainer for young entrepreneurs, I have the opportunity to work with Teamlabs, a unique joint venture between Mondragon University and Sngular. I am a coach and trainer for young entrepreneurs participating in the LEINN Bachelor's Degree program at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. My focus is on training their leadership, communication, and innovation skills to these aspiring business leaders as they work on developing their own startups. I work closely with two teams of talented individuals to help them bring their innovative ideas to fruition.

I coordinated daily newsletters and digests on policy developments on Digital issues and Research. I monitored and reported on policy developments in the following areas: H2020, Privacy, Cyber security, Cloud Computing, Big Data, EU-US data flows and IoT.

I provided EU policy advice for Intel business units and research labs. I followup and help on the Horizon 2020 program and assists Intel Labs with their relation with the European Commission. I coordinated and drafted the Intel Big Data Policy Position ´'A vision for Big Data'. I liaised with Intel CSR team on Gender and ICT and Education issues.
