Adrian co-founded LatentZero, the leading buy side trading and investment compliance management IT (sold in 2005 to Fidessa (FDSA.L) for USD 120m).At LatentZero, Adrian prepared the functional designs for the regulatory and management controls in the trading and investment restriction systems. Adrian worked with a majority of the major LatentZero clients during pre-sales, implementation and post implementation phases of their projects. Clients included: Morgan Stanley, State Street, ABN AMRO, Baring, Gartmore, Fortis, Threadneedle, Natixis, Bank One, Nicholas Applegate, Wellington and Putnam, amongst others.During LatentZero's start up phase Adrian managed the finance, operations and HR side of the business.
