It was one of the first applications which has been approved by the Australian Digital Health Agency to allow patients to view their My Health Record. -

Responsibilities included:- P&L responsibility for $4.2b in revenue and over 3 million members.- End-to-end product lifecycle management, including exiting products and development of new product to meet profitable growth objectives.- Direct line accountability for team of product and fund policy managers.Led the development of Medibank's future Customer Value Proposition to address increasing competition, disruption and the rising costs of healthcare. Propositions considered how to best leverage new technology and business models to drive exceptional customer experiences across their journey with Medibank, with an overall objective of achieving ongoing profitable growth.Achievements included:- Led the largest product build and remediation program in Medibank's history that was the major contributor towards a 10.1% increase (or $77.5m) in Gross Profit for FY15.- This required complex end-to-end management of multiple streams of work, including development of Product Strategy and Business Cases, then working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery to market.- Built a strong team with a clear understanding of goals and objectives. Major contributor to product team delivering Medibank's highest staff engagement score for 2015, at 93%. -
