Audit - D&A Team & IT Audit

- Processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.- Verify discrepancies and resolving clients’ billing issues- Sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status- Training and mentoring junior staff, supervising performance during the go-live transition and creating a summary of new joiners' results for further review by raising it to the Team Leader.- Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team. Creating weekly reports on teams' performance, outstanding issues and outlining reached milestones and achievements.

It was a good summer experience where I got used to the business and corporate environment. I learned how to act within a team and how coordinate different aspects of the work flow.

During that period I had a weekly project to do. For example: to do a market research on the other firms and see what they offer as an advantage; attract clients by directly approaching them. Direct the flow of customers inside the unit and offer guidance.
