It Desktop Analyst
Current- Provide desktop and remote support to more than 2,000 users in New York and the Dominican Republic- Backup and prioritize tickets from users experiencing issues related to hardware, virtual machines on AWS, applications, networking, issues with their domain user, permissions, and policies.- Assist the Human Resources department to process requests for entry and exit.- Create, support and maintain end user accounts, distribution lists, security groups and shared mailboxes through Active Directory and the O365 administration portal.- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software packages, including operating systems and third-party applications.- Create and deploy desktop images per organization standard- Maintain asset inventory tracking system.- Perform internal movements of the user's desktop as necessary.- Work closely with the Networks department located in New York in the implementation of policies, installation of equipment, IDF, switches, Firewalls and AP in the Dominican Republic.
