•Investigate past due water, sewer and storm water accounts for residential and commercial customers.•Contact customer by phone and in writing to elicit payment, negotiate settlement.•Report delinquent accounts to collection agency and credit bureau per department guidelines.•Produce accurate and complete reports and records according to division criteria related to unit operations. •Investigate, respond to and resolve customer complaints regarding accounts by providing complete and accurate information in a timely, tactful and professional manner.•Process and monitor accounts for commercial and residential customers that have filed Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy.•Process proof of claims, perform required adjustments and mark accounts for tracking.•Revenue Division’s Records Custodian oManage Revenue Division’s electronic repository, onsite/offsite hard copy storage. oFacilitate timely fulfillment of records request for Revenue Division. • Revenue Division Information Technology (IT) Liaison oServe as primary Revenue Division’s interface IT department. oManage Revenue Division’s Software, Hardware and Licenses.•Supervise and mentor Revenue Divisions Mayor Youth Employment Program Intern.•Past Revenue Division representative Employee Appreciation Standing Team.•Past Revenue Division representative for United Way.
