I help guide global cohorts of NGOs and social entrepreneurship through the journey of human-centred design thinking in order to empower them to tackle some of our social-economic problems in a sustainable and meaningful way.

Our vision is to see people flourishing and societies developed justly and sustainably.The Nova Project is a faith-based organization based in Geneva that believes that all of life should be informed by the wisdom of God and that our lives and nations flourish when we live and design by that wisdom. And so we support professionals, business leaders and churches to do three things:1) Help them integrate the wisdom of Christ into their personal lives, vocations and for insight for sustainable national development.2) Empower them to execute innovate projects in their nations that spark spiritual awakening, socio economic development, and cultural renewal.3) Create, support and ,multiply workplace faith groups that seek to encourage, add value to the organization its culture and stakeholders.

Tackling Social Problems through the Power of Entrepreneurship.I designed and implemented economic development initiatives in and for low and middle-income communities in the Caribbean and West Africa that addressed pressing social and economic challenges that negatively affect the lives of the people living in those communities. This was done through designing new ventures, strengthening and building the capacity of SME`s, convening and creating partnerships with market actors such as the private sector, academia, local governments and indigenous tribal governments and faith-based organisations.Examples of These Projects:- Designing a business model for a chocolate factory for the indigenous community of cocoa farmers in Dominica and bringing together the tribal government, national government, a US Business College and cocoa farmers for consultation and execution.- Designing an urban agricultural food initiative in Barbados to reduce food imports, improve healthy eating and increase food security. What was meant to be a pilot of 40 households mushroomed into a national project of over 400 households, the private sector and national government working together to build an urban agricultural lifestyle and new products and services to support that lifestyle.- A local NGO in Ghana hired me to design and facilitate a three-day entrepreneurship workshop to build the capacity of low-income local farmers to increase revenue and enter new markets.Every nation has been endowed with natural and human resources that can be harnessed and leveraged for the social and economic good of its people and the wider global community and unleashing the power of entrepreneurship, partnerships and innovation in these communities is key to achieving our goal of sustainable socio-economic development.
