Since accepting the appointment I have implemented significant organisational restructures, introduced streamlined operational procedures including the use of outsourced services. There has also been considerable investment in IT infrastructure and more recently investment has focused upon our Marketing and PR in order to improve the position of the business within the South West Legal Market. Succession Planning has also played an important factor in preparing the business for Change and this has seen several new Solicitors/Paralegals join the business particularly in areas where we foresee greater opportunity for growth.
