I've been working remotely as the Help Desk Manager at Archblock, Inc. (formerly TrustToken) since November of 2020. I began my work with Archblock by developing the company's website in just under two weeks ahead of the launch of our flagship product at the time, TrueFi, which is still one of the world's leading un-collateralized lending platforms built on blockchain technology. I then assumed the role of Junior Help Desk Manager for a few months while I learned the ropes. After that, I became Help Desk Manager and have been the main point of technical support and general assistance for my entire team ever since. In my time at Archblock, I've assisted in onboarding nearly every new hire (including ~40 new employees in the span of a week when we merged with a Poland-based software development company called Ethworks in 2021), I've provided high-quality technical (and non-technical) support with an estimated average response time of under 30 minutes and an estimated average time to resolution of under an hour. I've managed the IT team's workstation inventory for the last two years and was responsible for upgrading the entire team to new workstations in 2022. Some of the other projects I've been responsible for include instituting and administering over our company-wide knowledge base, creating video tutorials and other video-based resources for common Help Desk and IT requests / tasks, instituting a Discord server and Slack group to promote team engagement amongst our gamers, standing up and co-managing our company merch site, procuring illustrated headshots for the entire team, and much more. I've done a lot with my time at Archblock thus far and the work continues.
