The menu is creative and varied and has selections from antipasta salads, soups, sandwiches, traditional pizzas and pasta entrees at a reasonable price for a restaurant of this caliber. When in California and thinking Italian, this is where I go.This was the perfect place for a young man to learn the "ins & outs" of running a business. Learning to manage employees, customers and most of all yourself set the foundation for many future successes in my life. In the restaurant world you are on stage everyday, all day. Hard work makes you value the smallest things and appreciate the "hustle" of business the rest of your life. I learned and worked all the front and back of house positions. Seating for over 200 made every night an experience. From ordering produce to payroll, it was an absolute joy working at Graziano's in Yorba Linda. BANG POW!
