As a director of operations my work starts with dealing with the public or private sector. We also work with mid-size and small developing businesses. I enjoy planning, plus directing and coordination of the operations of Double Vision RT and our partner organizations of various sizes in all types of industries. Some of my responsibilities are directing of the day to day operations take on are formulating policies, managing daily operational activities, and planning use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity.I also enjoy the sales process development, this is the exciting part of my day. Developing business for businesses is the key to our success. Flexibility and a wide range of expertise are the hallmarks of directors of operations. My daily job duties for these professionals may include reviewing financial statements and sales and activities reports, overseeing production or service delivery, managing the activities of sales and distribution departments, or establishing long-term goals and objectives for the organization.Determining the needs of our clients, reducing costs and analyzing areas requiring improvement are additional director of operations activities. Making sure we maximize the efficiency of our business services and improve profitability. We also typically establish and implement departmental goals, procedures and policies. I have my most fun of all with directing the operations and often supervise human resource activities, such as determining staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Additionally, professionals in my role participate in sales activities, including developing a product or service mix, setting pricing and determining customer demand through data analysis.
