My time in the Military gave me the fundamental skills required to lead and grow teams of people and coach them for high performance. Having spent the last 10 years working within the Australian Software scene across HR Tech, Ed Tech and Mar Tech, leading global teams in Sales, Success and Channel Partnerships, I have extensive experience building processes and teams and specialise in setting up these processes for replicable and scalable growth. I have worked with clients from all over the world to help them develop organisational performance through better understanding their teams’ strengths and weaknesses and have a passion for understanding human psychology and the reasons behind why we do what we do.The ability to think and act under pressure, drive outcomes and motivate people are all skills that have allowed me to have a positive impact on Strategy, Revenue, Culture and Performance.
