Provide the team with thought leadership and coaching, and maintain a consistent focus on hiring and developing top talent. • Lead global and regional initiatives and drive operational excellence with data and insights.• Identify gaps in our customer services and internal processes today and contribute to the development of systems, tools and behaviors to address those opportunities. • Partner directly with Sales counterparts to support the growth strategy for the region, and provide strategic support on priority commercial situations to drive deals to a close and mitigate churn.
