In this role, I work to bridge the digital divide by providing technology training and career opportunities for visually impaired individuals, helping them gain equal access to education, employment, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, I play an instrumental role in organizing community outreach events and raising awareness for this cause.As the CEO of Hexal Tech, an IT consulting company, I lead our efforts to match qualified candidates with top-tier client companies, specializing in staffing solutions and IT consulting services. I also develop marketing strategies to differentiate our offerings and expand our reach. A major project on the horizon involves staffing IT helpdesk support teams for U.S. clients in India, further broadening our impact globally.In addition, I serve as the Head of Information Technology at Waterfall Villas, where I manage and optimize the IT infrastructure to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
